What happens if I make a mistake while personalising an order?
If you have noticed since placing an order with us that you have made a mistake, Reach out to us as soon as possible, and we will try and work with you to find a solution. Unfortunately, as we aim to process and ship orders as fast as we can, occasionally it may be too late to change your order.
When we receive personalised orders we review each one to see if it has any obvious mistakes or missing information. If this is the case we will attempt to make contact with you via Etsy Convo. Unfortunately, as we process a large number of orders it is vital that you reply as soon as possible to ensure that you receive your order the way you want it. If we have contacted you and you don't reply within 1 day your order will be processed as is.
